China's official Xinhua news agency, citing a government source, said the vessel capsized after "harassing and colliding with" a Chinese fishing boat.

Mấy ngày gần đây Trung Quốc lộ rõ nét của một tên bịp bợm, ăn nói xảo trá, nói ngược ngạo lại tất cả những sự kiện lưu manh mà chúng đã làm.

Trung Quốc còn cho rằng Tàu ĐÁNH CÁ VIỆT NAM gây nhiễu, làm phiền tới ngư dân TRUNG QUỐC đang là ăn "LƯƠNG THIỆN" ngoài biển khơi.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said Vietnam caused the incident with its "insistence on forcefully disrupting China's normal operations and its dangerous actions on the seas.

"We urge the Vietnamese side once again to immediately stop all disruptive and damaging (activities)," he added.

(Reuters) - Vietnam is taking "dangerous actions" at sea, Chinasaid on Tuesday, after the two countries traded accusations over the sinking of a Vietnamese fishing boat in disputed waters in the South China Sea.

China also urged Vietnam to immediately stop all disruptive and damaging activities at sea.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the remarks at a regular briefing.

The fishing boat sank not far from a Chinese oil rig, which has set off a territorial row between the two countries. Each side has blamed the other over the sinking.

Vietnam has said the rig is in its 200-nautical mile exclusive economic zone and on its continental shelf. China - which claims almost the entire South China Sea - says the rig is operating within its waters.
